SM911 is especially great for beginner sewers or those who haven't touched a sewing machine in years. And if you already sew, you can probably still learn a thing or two; I've received comments from my students, who are experienced sewers, telling me that they learned some helpful tips from my course!
Over the next few months I'll be sharing some sewing tips and tricks through a series of posts on this blog. I think you'll find the information helpful for your own sewing adventures. The series will be called "Behind the Seams". I'll also have some posts on other sewing topics such as differences between sewing machines, helpful tools, skill-building techniques, and fun sewing projects.
So, how about it, let's fall back into sewing together!
I've recently discovered appliqué on an embroidery hoop, which is great for a busy mom, because I can follow the kids around or take it to sports practice.
ReplyDeleteIt's always great to be able to bring along a craft to practice! Too bad it's so inconvenient to bring along the sewing machine! ;) Hand sewn/embroidered applique is always so cute and gives the applique more character.
