So what about the birthday shirt? Well, the diamond fabric by Denyse Schmidt was the winner for JP's birthday shirt. I made it last night and gifted it to him this morning.

I like it and, more importantly, he likes it! He was happy to wear it for his birthday and didn't think twice about it. Last year he wasn't so sure about wearing his momma-made birthday shirt and my feelings were hurt. I'm glad I made another one for him this year.

Today was a very happy day and I'm thankful.
